Facility rental for a wedding ceremony and reception include full use of the house and grounds plus parking for the event, as well as additional time for bridal portraits or engagement picture sessions and the rehearsal. Tables and chairs are available for a nominal fee. Facility rates vary based on the time of year, day of the week and the number of hours the facility is needed.
The house and porch can accommodate up to 150 guests for a wedding reception, depending on set-up of tables and chairs. The sun and reception rooms, complete with tables and chairs, seat up to 120 guests with the dining room available for catering spreads. Our venue is suitable for casual events including picnics all the way to the most elegant sit down dinners.
The grounds offer unlimited possibilities for nearly any sized wedding ceremony and reception, utilizing the front lawn or the landscaped side yard, which can accommodate up to 250 guests with tables and chairs. Tenting of the site can be arranged.
