Ceremonies:
With hardwood floors and sweeping views through floor-to-ceiling windows, the sunroom can seat up to 100 for an intimate indoor ceremony. For a charming outdoor wedding, two options are available. Seating can be arranged for 75-125 guests on the lush sod surrounded by historical Southern trees and colorful plants, or a landscaped ceremony site in the side yard can accommodate 250 guests and more. Tenting can be arranged in the event of inclement weather.
Receptions:
The house and porch can accommodate up to 150 guests for a reception, depending on set-up of tables and chairs. The sunroom and reception room, complete with tables and chairs, seat up to 120 guests with the dining room set available for catering spreads. The grounds offer unlimited possibilities for receptions, utilizing the front lawn or the landscaped side yard, which can accommodate up to 200 guests with tables and chairs. Tenting of the site can be arranged.
Facility rental for wedding ceremonies and receptions include full use of the house and grounds for the event, as well as additional time for bridal portraits or engagement picture sessions. Tables and chairs are available. Facility rates vary based on the time of year, day of the week and the number of hours the facility is needed.
