The house and grounds of the Rand-Bryan House offer countless options for wedding ceremonies, receptions and rehearsal dinners as well as brunches, luncheons and bridal showers. The grounds are beautifully manicured and enhanced by traditional Southern plantings rich in seasonal colors. The natural beauty of the Rand-Bryan House is the perfect backdrop to host your special day.

Ceremonies:

With hardwood floors and sweeping views through floor-to-ceiling windows, the sunroom can seat up to 100 for an intimate indoor ceremony. For a charming outdoor wedding, two options are available. Seating can be arranged for up to 75 guests on the lush sod surrounded by historical Southern trees and colorful plants, or a landscaped ceremony site in the side yard can accommodate 500+ guests. Tenting can be arranged in the event of inclement weather.

Receptions:

The house and porch can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception, depending on set-up of tables and chairs. The sunroom and reception room, complete with tables and chairs, seat up to 130 guests with the dining room set available for catering spreads. The grounds offer unlimited possibilities for receptions, utilizing the front lawn or the landscaped side yard, which can accommodate up to 325 guests with tables and chairs. Tenting of the site can be arranged.

Facility rental for wedding ceremonies and receptions include full use of the house and grounds for the event, as well as additional time for bridal portraits or engagement picture sessions. Tables and chairs are included with the rental rate for use inside the house. Facility rates vary based on the time of year, day of the week and the number of hours the facility is needed.
